For almost three decades, I built a career inside a Fortune 10 company, leading global teams in human resources, people development, and talent acquisition. I’ve experienced the highs of recognition and leadership—and the lows of being overlooked. I know the pressure of trying to do everything “right” while still wondering if my voice mattered.
That’s why I coach the way I do. I know the struggle of accomplished women who still feel stuck, undervalued, or unsure of their next step—and I know the freedom of breaking through it.
I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work.
