Right out of the gate, you should know that I’m not like other career coaches. I truly love women and am forever curious to know their stories. Those I’ve coached tell me my ability to tap into and unearth their authentic VOICE comes from a place that starts and ends with my own sense of self, describing me as real, approachable, funny, knowledgeable, curious, and inspiring.
That said, you will feel immediately comfortable with me— and this is absolutely key to the growth you’ll experience. I’ve also learned to look after myself spiritually, physically, and emotionally. This qualifies me to speak into your life and career with the wisdom and integrity a coach should possess.

Decades of hands-on experience as a leader, a coach, and a coachee enables me to provide actionable insights tailored to your unique journey. Within my 26+ years at Fortune 10 company, I’ve been a 360 Coach for 14+ of those years, receiving my coaching accreditation through the ICF accredited Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification, and my International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC Certification is pending. I am also a certified Brene Brown Dare to Lead Facilitator.
